Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReplyMate ("Service") provided by ReplyMate ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReplyMate provides a WhatsApp AI auto-reply platform for businesses. The Service allows you to connect your WhatsApp number, train an AI assistant with your business knowledge, and have it reply to your customers automatically.

You may use ReplyMate only for legitimate business customer communication. You must not use the Service to:

⚠️ Violation of WhatsApp's policies may result in your WhatsApp number being banned. We are not liable for account bans resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Message Limits & Fair Use

Unlimited plans are subject to fair use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts with abnormally high message volumes (>10,000 messages/day on single-location plans) that impact service quality for other tenants.

6. AI Accuracy & Limitations

Important: ReplyMate's AI may occasionally generate inaccurate or incomplete responses. You are responsible for reviewing your AI's Knowledge Base and escalation settings to ensure quality. We recommend enabling confidence-score escalation (below 50%) for uncertain queries.

We are not liable for business losses resulting from AI responses, including incorrect pricing, availability, or service information provided to customers.

7. WhatsApp Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through our Service complies with Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy. Using Baileys (which we use to connect WhatsApp numbers) technically violates Meta's official API terms. You accept this risk by using the Service. We make no guarantee that WhatsApp connections will remain stable or that accounts won't be banned.

8. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (replymate.my/privacy.html) describes how we handle data. You own your business data and customer conversation data. You grant us a license to process this data to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service downtime.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, ReplyMate's total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
